What is your returns policy?

Cedar Planters offers returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date the customer received the order. It is a must to provide proof of purchase, either in the form of verifiable information we can check against our records or an electronic order confirmation. The Customer can return the product for store credit, exchange it for a different product at the same monetary value, or obtain a refund to the original payment method. 

After we receive the item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you of the return process status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, which may take between 5-10 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.

If you wish for Cedar Planters to arrange a collection, we will refund the purchase price, but we will deduct an amount to cover the cost of shipping. 

•Products weighing less than 10kg£10.00

•Products weighing between 10kg and 25kg£20.00

•Products weighing more than 25kg£30.00

In addition, suppose Cedar Planters is charged duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees. In that case, Cedar reserves the right to deduct the total amount of the duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees from the refund amount, where applicable, prior to the issuance of the refund amount. 

There are some exceptions to what was mentioned above:

•the product must be in its original condition and packaged (if shipped).

•returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

•If you are unsure if the item you are ordering can be returned, please contact us prior to ordering.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
